If you have accumulated 3 speeding citations in a 12 month period (calculated by conviction date), the Registry of Motor Vehicles will suspend your drivers license for thirty (30) days. Assuming that your driving record is accurate and that you were actually found responsible for the 3 speeding violations, there is nothing that you can do to avoid the Speeding License Suspension. The RMV has no discretion and it must suspend your license. However, you may be able to appeal the suspension to the Board of Appeal. The only way to avoid a Speeding License Suspension is to not get the citations or get found "not responsible" in court.
