If your Mass. Driver's License or right to operate in Massachusetts is suspended or revoked for one of these 64 reasons, please contact a suspended license lawyer for a free consultation and case review. At no charge, an attorney will look into your case and advise you as to exactly what options you have. Sometimes, nothing can be done and you have to serve your suspension. In other cases, it is possible to get the whole license suspension vacated and get a full license reinstatement. In other cases, it is possible to get a 12 hour hardship or work license.

Each case has different facts and circumstances which will affect the likelihood of success and determine what course of action to take. Some suspensions can be appealed to the courts, while others must be fought at a Registry or Board of Appeal hearing. After a consultation with a license reinstatement specialist, you will know exactly where you stand.
Many lawyers who do not understand the working of the Massachusetts Registry of Motor Vehicles or the laws governing Massachusetts License Suspensions have given clients and others inaccurate information. Also, there is a great deal of inaccurate and out-dated information posted on the internet. It is therefore critical to speak with an experienced lawyer who deals with license suspension issues every day.

Many lawyers, even DUI specialists, are unaware of some of the legal maneuvers and strategies that can be used to get clients back on the road, with either a full reinstatement or a hardship license. Contact us today for a free consultation. You have nothing to lose and you may be able to avoid suffering through a license suspension.
There are some situations where the Registry of Motor Vehicles states that you cannot get a hardship license. For example the RMV states in the suspension notice for 7 surchargable events suspensions, "No hardship license is authorized by law." This is actually untrue. The Board of Appeal has the legal authority to grant hardship licenses for individuals facing 7 surchargable event suspensions. A more accurate statement is that the Registry cannot issue hardship licenses in these cases. This is just one example of several.
