Attorney Watkins Removes Warrants

by Attorney Brian E. Simoneau 30. August 2011 08:35

A 27 year old Waltham man recently contacted the office for help reinstating his driver’s license. The Registry suspended his license because he had 3 active default warrants. He was charged with driving while suspended and speeding on the Mass. Pike as well as Larceny, operating after suspension, non-inspection, operating without insurance, and operating after his registration was revoked. These charges originated out of the Waltham and Newton District Courts.

Attorney Paul Watkins was able to successfully address all of these charges and get the warrants recalled. Attorney Watkins was able to convince the District Attorney’s Office to resolve the cases for minimal costs without any jail time or an extension of the client’s probation.

Now, with the warrants recalled, the client will be able to have the suspensions lifted and get his driver’s license fully reinstated. If you have warrants, call Attorney Paul B. Watkins for top notch legal representation.
